Commercial Horticulture Projects
Embarking on a new venture in commercial horticulture can be daunting, especially when transitioning from a different industry. A determined promoter faced this challenge, aiming to establish a commercial horticulture farm in South Tamil Nadu but lacked the resources and expertise to draft a comprehensive project report.
We provided crucial support by creating a detailed Project Report (DPR) tailored for the National Horticulture Board (NHB) scheme. Our team meticulously outlined a plan to develop a 26-acre commercial orchard featuring Citrus and Coconut in Tenkasi district.
From crafting the report to guiding through the application process, we ensured that every aspect of the project was covered. Our hands-on approach helped secure initial sanctioning from the NHB, setting the stage for a successful and sustainable horticulture venture.
Transforming Vision into Reality: Expert Guidance for Horticulture Farm Success
When a promoter from a different industry sought to dive into commercial horticulture farms in Thanjavur district of Tamil Nadu, they faced the challenge of developing a comprehensive project report with limited resources. Their goal was to establish a thriving commercial farm, but they needed expert assistance to bring their vision to life.
We stepped in to facilitate and support the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the National Horticulture Board (NHB) scheme. Our team conducted a thorough engineering survey using digital tools and drones to map out the 24-acre farm area in Thanjavur district.
We crafted a detailed report for setting up an Amla plantation, including the layout and establishment plan. Our guidance helped secure initial sanctioning from the NHB, paving the way for a successful and well-supported horticulture venture.
Facilitating a Commercial Floriculture Project
A commercial horticulture farm sought to expand its operations by establishing a commercial floriculture unit under controlled environment in Shoolagiri, Krishnagiri district.
However, the promoter lacked the time, expertise, and resources to prepare a detailed project report (DPR) for the National Horticulture Board (NHB) scheme. Our team provided facilitation and support services to prepare the DPR, which included a comprehensive plan for the 1-acre project.
We also hand-held the client through the initial sanction process with NHB, enabling them to secure a subsidy for the project. Our expertise and guidance empowered the farm to focus on their core business while we handled the project’s planning and approval phases, paving the way for a successful and sustainable commercial floriculture venture.
By leveraging our support, the farm was able to overcome the challenges and move forward with their project, ultimately contributing to the growth of the horticulture industry.
Land survey helped to consolidate the fragmented land parcels for establishing horticulture farm
An auditing and financial consultancy firm was not able to spend time and resources to take up the work in between their primary business activities. The land parcel was fragmented and had difficulty in consolidating for farm establishment.
We have taken up a comprehensive survey using drones and engineering tools & methods in about 200 plus acres and were able to provide guidance to consolidate the land parcels to establish a horticulture farm.
Do worked on an extensive hygroscopic survey to identify the water source points to create resources for irrigation purposes.
The land parcels were consolidated and the promoter had taken up the establishments with the assured water sources and ear marked boundaries.
