Commercial Horticulture Development in protected cover on project mode.The National Horticulture Board (NHB) is offering a remarkable opportunity to undertake integrated commercial horticulture development projects in open field conditions.

Under the NHB's program, eligible projects covering an area over 5 acres can receive comprehensive assistance, including components like planting material, irrigation, fertigation, mechanization, precision farming and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP).

The subsidy amount is limited to Rs. 56.00 lakh per project as per admissible cost norms for high-value flowers like Anthurium, Orchids, Rose, Lilium, Chrysanthemum, Carnation and Gerbera, as well as high-value vegetables like Capsicum, Cucumber and Tomato.

Capital Investment subsidy scheme for Construction/expansion/modernization of Cold Storage and Storage for Horticulture Products.Under this scheme, the NHB encourages the establishment of various post-harvest management facilities, including Pack Houses, Ripening Chambers, Refer Vans, Retail Outlets, Pre-cooling Units and Primary Processing units.

We specialize in assisting you with both component-mode projects and standalone projects focused on post-harvest management. In terms of eligible crops, projects related to Fruits, Vegetables, Flowers, Aromatic Plants and Cashews are eligible for the attractive subsidy.

You can avail a credit-linked back-ended subsidy of 35% of the total project cost, up to Rs. 50.75 lakh per project in general areas and an impressive 50% of the project cost, limited to Rs. 72.50 lakh per project in the Northeast Region, Hilly States and Scheduled Areas.

Scheme of Fund for Regeneration of Traditional Industries
(SFURTI)
The SFURTI scheme supports a wide range of industries, including handloom and handicrafts, agro-processing and food products, leather and leather goods, bamboo and cane crafts, coir and coir products, khadi and village industries, traditional metalwork and jewellery, pottery and ceramics, carpets and rugs and traditional toys and dolls.

The scheme promotes the development of traditional industry clusters by providing financial assistance for infrastructure development, common facility centres and skill development activities. The subsidy can range from 60% to 90% of the total project cost.
